Asbestos Removal in Demolition & Construction

As a demolition or construction contractor, you will work closely with an asbestos removal contractor like us. We remove asbestos for our clients before demolition or construction works start. This allows our clients to rest assured that their building works are completely safe and any traces of asbestos have been removed before other trades are on site.

Our main clients and most regular works are for both demolition and construction firms, and we offer a full service to remove all asbestos within a building prior to their works commence. We also offer a ‘soft-stripping’ service, which is removing all extra internal cavities of the building in preparation of or after our specialist service takes place.

In order for buildings with asbestos present to be demolished or refurbished to a high standard, it must all be fully safe and this is proven when it is passed off by a UKAS Accredited Analyst Company and a clean air certificate issued.

All asbestos fibres must be fully removed to ensure the health & safety of all workers & members of the public within the area. We follow strict HSE guidelines and this is the upmost importance for us as a company to provide a safe and reliable service with no corners cut. Each job is carried out to the same high standard no matter what our client’s plans are within sites after our works have been done.

These types of jobs are regularly attached to higher potential risks as we often work alongside other trades when working, and this is always an important consideration when planning works.

Our previous works have included large development schemes for old buildings to be fully refurbished into new residential properties. This is one of our most common services, and to read more about an example of a recent large project within Sheffield please click here.
